Remind The Step consists of 4 main sections; Organisations, Users, Ladders, and Inspections.
- Organisations
- Organises users and ladders into groups.
- Managers may look after one or more organisations, representing the businesses that they work for.
- Users
- There are 2 types of accounts; Managers, and Users.
- Managers are able to manage Organisations, add and remove ladders, assign ladders to Users, etc.
- Regular Users are only able to see and manage ladders that are assigned to them.

- Ladders
- Different types of ladders can be added (leaning, step, etc).
- Inspections
- Inspections are scheduled based on the inspection cycle of each ladder.
- Each type of ladder has it's own set of inspection questions.
- Reminders are sent out via email when inspections are due.
