Manager Or User

Which should you choose?

• There are 2 types of accounts; Managers, and Users.
• Managers are able to manage Organisations, add and remove ladders, assign ladders to Users, etc.
• Regular Users are only able to see and manage ladders that are assigned to them.

When you first sign up, you will be asked to choose one of the 2 types for your account.

If you are the primary person responsible for ladders in your organisation, or a sole trader, choose Manager.

If you are not responsible for ladders in your organisation, only for the 1 or 2 ladders that you personally use, choose User.

Managers are able to add new users directly to their organisations, meaning the user will not need to choose an account type.
