Pricing

Our pricing is based around the concept of credits, which can be used to add new ladders or new users.

There are no ongoing costs, everything works on a "pay as you go" basis, so you only need to buy as many credits as you need.

Adding a new ladder or a new user, costs one credit each. Once purchased, credits remain in your account forever and do not expire.

Credits provide lifetime access for each ladder or user added to the system. A credit covers your ladder from the moment you add it until it's disposed of - with no renewal fees or annual charges. You can inspect your ladders as often as required at no additional cost, ensuring you stay compliant with working at height regulations.

Each user can inspect multiple ladders assigned to them, while managers have oversight of all ladders within your organisation. If you operate across multiple sites, there are no additional location-based fees - credits are only needed for extra ladders or users, regardless of where they're based.

Please note that credits are consumed when a ladder or user is added and cannot be reused if you later remove them. However, there are no hidden costs - training, support, and all inspection features are included.

Credits can be bought individually, or in bundle packs that provide better value.
