When a ladder fails an inspection, it's status is set to "problems" and highlighted in red.
It may be that the problems can be rectified, and the ladder returned to service. In this case, complete the inspection again, changing the answers given, to indicate that some components have been repaired.
If the problems are too severe to be repaired, then the ladder should be disposed of responsibly.
