Our pricing is based around the concept of credits, which can be used to add new ladders or new users.

There are no ongoing costs, everything works on a "pay as you go" basis, so you only need to buy as many credits as you need.

Adding a new ladder or a new user, costs 1 credit each. Once purchased, credits remain in your account forever and do not expire.

Understanding Our Credit System: Credits provide lifetime coverage for each ladder or user in your account. When you use a credit to add a ladder, it covers that ladder from initial setup through its entire service life until disposal - there are no renewal fees, annual charges, or per-inspection costs. You can conduct unlimited inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with UK working at height regulations.

Users and Access: Each user account allows that person to inspect multiple ladders assigned to them. Manager-level users gain oversight of all ladders within your organisation, making it easy to maintain compliance across teams. This means you don't need separate credits for each ladder-user combination - one credit per ladder and one per person covers everything.

Multi-Site Operations: If your business operates across multiple locations throughout the UK, our pricing remains simple. Credits are only required for additional ladders or users, with no extra charges based on geographic distribution or number of sites.

Important Notes: Credits are consumed when used to add ladders or users and cannot be recovered if items are later removed from the system. However, there are no hidden fees - all features including training resources, customer support, and inspection management tools are included at no extra cost.
